Who wants pasta?!

Today we made our own pasta from scratch!  Milanos, Little Italy, El Vicoletto et al should be shaking in their boots!! We transformed simple flour and eggs into a delicious spaghetti dish worthy of the best of them! 
First we started with the flour, we gathered it into a little hill and made a well. Then we cracked an egg into it.  Next we had to pull our sleeves up and get messy!  Mixing both ingredients together, kneading it and then shaping it into a ball to make our pasta dough.     

Next step was rolling out our pasta dough....

Some people say it's the pasta, some say it's the sauce.  We liked both!
